Yes, private swimming pool is available and access information will be provided as well as access card upon check in.

Yes, dedicated parking space is available.

You can book online. As for payment terms, they are as follows:
1. A refundable security deposit of one month is required, full refund will be issued within 24 hours of check-out, assuming no damage/missing items. Check in vs check out checklist and pictures to fully document any damage/missing items will be provided to ensure transparency.
2. An advance payment for the month is payable.
3. No agency fee payable.
4. Payment accepted is through bank transfer or Paypal.
5. The refundable deposit is to be refunded through bank transfer.

1. WiFi is unlimited.
2. Water and electricity is subject to fair use:
a. Water: Our fair use limit is AED 150 per month for apartments and AED 300 for villas. If this limit is exceeded, the differences will be deducted from the refundable deposit.
b. Electricity: Our fair use limit is AED 300 per month for apartments and AED 600 for villas. If this limit is exceeded, the differences will be deducted from the refundable deposit.
3. Please use water and electricity reasonably:
a. Switch off AC and lights when exiting the apartment/villa
b. Turn off water when not in use and report any leaks

The beach is within walking distance. Public beach in Al Hamra is openly accessible, while private beach in Mina Al Arab and Marjan is through showing access pass which will be provided upon check in.

We understand the need for accommodating children during your stay, however the limit shall be depending on the size of the property:
1. Studio Apartments: An additional child may stay and sleep on the 3 seater sofa provided
2. 1/2/3 Bedroom Apartments: Two additional children may stay and sleep on the sofas provided
3. Villas: Let us know how many children will stay and we will provide additional beds, subject to availability.

Upon booking confirmation and prior to your date of arrival, we shall send you the following:

  1. Digital access codes to enter the building/apartment/villa. All are equipped with digital locks
  2. Stocklist and pictures of what’s in the apartment/villa
  3. Local guide including details of facilities available at your booking location including their respective locations/pin drops/phone numbers

Upon entering the unit, you will be able to obtain the car park access card for units with dedicated parking slot (please do not forget to leave the access card when checking-out). Before check-in, you may park at the common car parks available.

Upon check-out, we shall inspect the units and provide you with the check-out stocklist and pictures. If all are in order, we shall refund your deposit within 24 hours.

Initial stock of drinking water, coffee, and tea will be provided. Upon consumption, you may purchase at the closest supermarket or convenience store.
We re-stock for every check-in.

We provide ironing board and electric iron for your use. Meanwhile, the closest laundry service will also be detailed in the facilities welcome pack.

Fresh towels, floor mat, and tissues are provided and restocked for every check-ins.

Smart TV connected to the WiFi is provided, which allows access to YouTube, etc. However streaming movie services such as Netflix or Prime Videos are not provided. You may login using your own accounts.
